One of our most popular locations is Las Conchas, located on the south entrance of Rocky Point. Due to the wide variety in houses, you can choose from Ocean Front properties to just beach access homes. Las Conchas has 24 hours a day, 7 days a week security. Its beach is also considered a favorite among tourist due to its clean, safe and calm atmosphere.
Costa Diamante is another place where you can rent a house in Rocky Point. Costa Diamante is located in Sandy Beach surrounded by all the major developments Condo Resorts. Costa Diamante is a safe gated community with direct access to the exclusive Sandy beach. Some of these properties are true Ocean Front houses unfortunately not all are. However we are sure you and your family will be able to have lots of fun and enjoy the many activities this area has to offer.
Playa Encanto is an excellent place to relax. If this is what you are looking for than you have found it. Just 20 minutes south of Rocky Point heading toward our neighboring city Caborca. This magnificent place has an inviting blue beach; you will truly enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean waves.
Playa La Jolla is located about the same distance 20 minutes from Rocky Point. This community has direct access to the beach with different options including true Ocean Front properties, so can you enjoy to the fullest your stay.
If what you are looking for is to stay close to everything than El Mirador is the place for you. In this location you will be able to find a wide variety of Ocean Front beach homes as well more economic homes with beach access. These houses are within the community but are a few blocks away from the beach. Some of them are individual properties and others are within a complex of houses or condominiums. You can be sure all properties are equipped with the comfort you need and with the advantage of being close to shops, restaurants and more.
Another main location for house rental is Cerro Ballena or Whale Hill. From here you will have direct access to the Old Port, its shopping gifts stores, restaurants and much more.

All beach house rentals are different and the amenities vary with each owner. All homes are equipped with kitchen utensils and basic appliances. Sometimes owners provide you with things such as extra pillows and towels; however you should consider bringing some of these items along.
Renting a beach house can have many advantages; one of them is the complete privacy that you will enjoy with your family. Please take in account that not all homes have pools or Jacuzzi. For any maintenance problem you will have to contact the Agency during business hours in which you made your reservation
