What is commercial property: If you have driven down Rocky Point, you will notice that commercial property is popping up everywhere.  I consider a commercial property to be land or buildings where you can conduct business.  Sure, the market is currently slow but like any real estate cycles, it will come back around.  People are snatching up commercial real estate opportunities left and right.  There are still many great candidates along the main strip of Benito Juarez.  We obviously cannot give advice one way or another.  Personally, I have never bought commercial property in Rocky Point because that is not my strength as a business person.  However, I like the potential in 5 to 10 years of commercial property down the main strip or even some of the interesting shopping centers that are being built around town.  Be careful when purchasing commercial real estate.  If you are purchasing land, that is one thing.  If you are purchasing a space in a shopping center that is not built, be careful!!!

Commercial centers in Rocky Point: Rocky Point is growing.  Two new commercial centers are taking center state.  Plaza Meli Del Sol shown below is located within Rocky Point's most upscale community, this three-story premier commercial plaza offers 38 commercial spaces, as well as third-floor condominiums with ocean views.  Priced from only $190,000 it is a great opportunity.


You might also want to look at Plaza Melanie.  This new commercial area is located on Boulevard Fremont, right in the heart of Rocky Point.  This two-story retail and office complex offers 22 commercial spaces and numerous amenities for your customers and business associates.  This location is priced from only $100,000.


What if I don't want to purchase in a commercial center: The beauty of Rocky Point commercial investment is that it is still in its infancy.  Get creative and build your own.  Or simply purchase land with the vision that someone will come along down the road and snatch that land from you at a great price.  With everyone filling the economic pinch these days, you can probably get a steal on some land.  The risk is the assumption that Rocky Point will continue to grow at the astonishing pace that it has grown in over the past few years.  If I had a crystal ball, I would buy land myself!!!!
