Is there is a difference in the price of homes sold to Americans compared to the price of homes sold to the citizens of Mexico.

Not so much .. but this is one of those apples-oranges comparisons. Americans, of course, have to go through all the foreigh ownership rigamarole with banks, etc, and are usually buying bigger places or having them custom constructed. Which isn't to say mexican owners aren't building huge palaces either, but mex. citizens don't have to jump through some of the same legal hoops as americans.

If your question was more a point blank "Do they charge Americans more?" - the answer is no - because construction and realty folks charge _ everybody _ as much as they possibly can in order to maximize profit. So everybody's paying out the nose Smile
