I've been to RP just once in the last ten years or so. At Las Conchas the beaches were extremely rocky a few yards into the water, which makes for amazing tide pools and snorkling, but is a liitle rough for general playing around. Are all the beaches that way, or are some all sand all the way out?
Are there any beaches especially good for boogie boarding? Does anyone surf? If so, where?
Thanks! |

Yes, most beaches at Las Conchas are rocky. What I had done was find what houses have the least amounts of rocks in front of it, then rent those houses. Unfortunately, this is the case.
And yes, I surf! Unfortunately, there is no place in the Sea of Cortez to surf. In order to have surf you need warm and cold fronts meeting (nothing in that area) and because it is not open ocean you won't get that. I save my surfing for San Diego and Orange counties, CA. Yes, much colder, but better surf. |
