| are there any rentals or motels that allow for pets if traveling from Phoenix? Also, any parks or areas by the beach that allow dogs? |

We see dogs all over the place including the beach. Most owners keep their dogs on leashes however, and the locals appreciate people cleaning up after their pets. We have also taken our large dogs down with us and never had any problems with being told we couldn't have them there but we always camp out.
We had some friends take their dogs and stay in Cyndi's rentals on the beach near Manny's. They allowed the dogs there, but this was about 2 years ago. |

Dont bring the dog if your planing on staying in a nice hotel or going out to eat at any of the nicer places. we brought ours and had to leave 3 days early because we coudn't do half the stuff we wanted to. One person would have to wait outside while the others shopped, one person had to wait on the beach while the others wrere in the water. I guess you could say the dog ruined the trip for us.
Save yourself the headache and leave the pets at home. |
